Obtain commercial agreements and approved access from SF, JD, ZTO, YTO, STO and Yunda. Connect real quotes, service-area checks, pickup booking, labels, cancellation and tracking updates. Start with one courier in Guangzhou and Yiwu.
Secure accounts & saved parcels
Lovable Cloud now supports courier-workspace accounts and private readiness records. Parcel history still stays in your browser. Before live shipping, connect owner-scoped shipment storage, staff permissions, an audit trail, backup and deletion. Browser-only parcel storage is not suitable for production.
China-ready address lookup
Use a licensed China map and address provider for searchable streets, buildings, villages and service points. Validate coordinates, Chinese address formatting and courier reachability. The current map is an approximate district-center reference.
Legal & privacy review
Confirm the operator's company details, required mainland hosting/filing arrangements, map-data licensing, carrier terms and personal-information obligations with qualified local advisers. Publish real privacy, service, prohibited-goods, liability, refund and complaint policies.

Translation & notifications
Connect translation of actual courier messages, SMS and uploaded documents into English, French and Chinese. Keep the original Chinese visible, protect phone numbers and pickup codes, and review high-risk translations. Add consent-based alerts and failed-notification handling.
Real support & escalation
Create support tickets with owners, status, reference numbers and response targets. Connect approved courier escalation channels, multilingual staff and a verifiable reply history. A saved preview note is not a sent support request.

Replace sample estimates with carrier quotes, volumetric-weight calculations, remote-area surcharges, insurance and clear totals. Add payments only after legal and commercial approval; support receipts, refunds and reconciliation without storing card details.

Run actual send and receive journeys in Guangzhou and Yiwu with the partner courier: quote → payment → pickup → tracking → delivery → support/refund. Add Shenzhen only after service coverage is confirmed.

Test mainland network access, low-bandwidth phones, keyboard/screen-reader use and all three languages. Review external fonts and map availability in China; use licensed, locally reachable hosting and map services for launch.
Monitoring & recovery
Add error and performance monitoring, alerts for stuck parcels, carrier retry safeguards, payment reconciliation, restore tests and a public service-status channel. Keep development previews separated from real customer data.
Professional business identity
Supply a real support email/phone, registered company name, operating hours and escalation policy. Add accessible help and verified carrier branding; do not claim official partnerships until agreements exist.
